Our classes

Come and move with us. Every one of our classes are open level and we give options and layers to make them inclusive. You don't need to be fit, strong, flexible or anything else you have heard about pilates to do pilates. You just need to show up and let us give you individual support to get you moving in a way that feels good for you.

Feel Good Mode

This class is a full-body workout for all fitness levels that will leave you feeling longer and stronger. It is the perfect class to experience Reformer Pilates for the first time and will have you craving more. 

Combo Mode

Combine 30mins of our Feel Good Mode with 15mins of Stretch Mode. The perfect blend for a busy schedule or those days that your body is craving a gentler workout. You will leave feeling stronger, stretchier and with plenty of time to spare to tackle the rest of your day.

Jump Mode

In the mood for a faster pace workout? Our Jumpboards are sure to get your heart-rate up and those endorphins flowing. A jumpboard is like a trampoline you get to bounce off, but a lot of the time, all while lying down!

 

This class is great for all levels and is not suitable for pregnant clients beyond 20 weeks. 

Stretch Mode

Take it slower, stretch it out and watch yourself become that bit more flexible each time. This is the perfect class for clients who are looking to improve their flexibility and mobility.

Private

One-on-one Reformer Sessions can be booked on request. Send us  a message to book in a time with your favourite instructor.

 

Perfect for beginner clients but also advanced clients who want to take their practice to the next level.

Duo

Want a private session for you and a friend? A duo can be booked on request.

 

Send us a message to book a time. This can be a once-off or a regular session.

Pre/Post Natal Friendly

Our Pre/Post-natal classes will have you working as much or as little as your new body desires. From 20 weeks, please select classes from our schedule that are listed as ‘Pre/Post Natal Friendly’. These classes are for all clients, however, it allows us to create programs that leave each pregnant client feeling safe, comfortable and supported to experience fearless movement. Pre/Post Natal doesn’t have to mean easy! 

Medical clearance is required to participate from 20 weeks onwards. Please ensure you bring this to your first class.
